Anne / A.E ./ Mom / Gram was an amazing woman who fought a brave and fierce battle against the relentless progress of Alzheimer's Disease. She died on June 4, 2023 and is now thankfully free from its grip.
She lived a full life and brought so much happiness to everyone who knew her. She will be missed beyond words. We thank you for your donation in her memory so that we can all help to find a cure or treatment for this devastating disease.
