SPRING LAKE — The Spring Lake Historical Society’s 44th annual house tour is set for Thursday, June 5, when guests will be welcomed to a journey through time with the chance to visit various historical sites and establishments throughout town.
From 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., tour goers will embark on a trip to view what the society described as historic and newly built “charming homes,” as well as Spring Lake’s oldest church, Holy Trinity Episcopal Church; and the Spring Lake Historical Society Museum.
Reservations for the tour can be made by calling the museum at 732-449-0772, emailing slhs703@optimum.net, or by visiting springlakehistoricalsociety.org and choosing the ‘Event Brite’ registration.
Tickets cost $50 per person if purchased prior to the House Tour. On the day of, they are $60 each. Tickets are available for purchase in downtown Spring Lake at Kate & Company, 1108 Third Ave.; J. McLaughlin, 1306 Third Ave.; and Bain’s Hardware, 1301 Third Ave.
Tickets will also be available on the day of the tour at the Spring Lake Train Station, located on Warren Avenue, where coffee and refreshments will be served beginning at 9:30 a.m.
