BAY HEAD — The Bay Head Home and School Association (HSA) hosted a bingo night last Friday, welcoming students with their families back to the school for an evening of fun.
Participants gathered at tables set up around the gym, bringing food, drinks and their competitive spirit for a chance to win some small prizes.
The event was co-run by Michelle Daly and Esther Brennan. Daly told The Ocean Star, “This night is just a fun way to get families together on a cold, winter Friday night to have fun, raise a little bit of money for the school and just get together.”
Brennan added this event “makes fun times for the kids with new fun memories.”
“This has become one of our staples of the fun activities that we do all year long,” said Daly. “It is usually around February and March. It has just become an annual tradition.”
She further said, “Events like these help build the community of the school, and we love our little school. We have awesome families and the students have a real sense of camaraderie. This is a great opportunity to get everyone together more often.”
