POINT PLEASANT — The Point Pleasant Chamber of Commerce is inviting community and business members to a networking and dinner event featuring food, speakers and camaraderie on Jan. 16.
Starting at 5:30 p.m. at The Grenville Hotel and Restaurant, 345 Main Ave. in Bay Head, the event will cost $25 for members of the chamber and $35 for non-chamber members.
The evening will also feature three speakers: Point Pleasant Mayor Robert Sabosik, who will be giving his “state of the union” speech, Michelle Coffey, of Sea Change Financial Planning and president of the Chamber of the Commerce, and Don Newman, of the New Jersey Business Action Center (NJBAC).
Barbara Fritz, of the Chamber of Commerce, told The Ocean Star, “Every year we do our first kickoff networking event at The Grenville…This year we have Don Newman of NJBAC just to get our small business with what they have to offer. I have used him a couple of times at our Lunch and Learns, so I am excited to get him in front of a big audience…They are a great organization.”
