Barbara Bailey Elliott,79, passed away peacefully at her home in Ryegate, VT, on December 14, 2024.She was raised in Spring Lake, NJ, where she attended elementary school and graduated from Manasquan High School in 1963 where she was on the cheerleading squad. She received a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Monmouth University
