Valerie L. (née Herbert) Manning, 79, a life-long resident of Wall Township, passed away on Thursday, November 7, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.
Valerie was born at Point Pleasant Hospital in 1945 and was raised at the Jersey Shore. She graduated from Wall High School in 1963, where she was a twirler
