MANASQUAN — The Manasquan Elks Lodge #2534 hosted their annual Halloween Trick or Trunk on Saturday, Oct. 28 from 1 to 4 p.m. in the Elks Lodge parking lot.
Candy, chocolate, hot cocoa and chips are donated by the lodge for children to enjoy while Elks members hand out candy from their decorated cars.
Cars, trucks and one trike motorcycle filled the lot decked out in skeletons and gory characters, pumpkins and cat faces.
“We just do it for the community, so there’s a safe place,” said Melissa Colvin, long-time Manasquan Elks Lodge member and secretary.
