Eric G. Appel, 69, of Manchester, formerly of Hopelawn, passed away peacefully in his sleep on Saturday, October 7th, 2023.
He was a graduate of East Brunswick High School, after which he worked in his brother’s construction business before joining the Middlesex County Sheriff’s Department, where he served for 26½ years
