LAVALLETTE — Culinary enthusiasts of all ages are invited to indulge their passion through the newest program offered by Upper Shores Library.
The Cookbook Club, introduced by Lisa Dickson, allows library members to select, cook and share delicious recipes from a designated cookbook each month.
The club recently held its second gathering on June 14, where members shared a variety of dishes such as zucchini cornbread, deep dish broccoli cheddar quiche, cauliflower cheese baked potatoes and strawberry cream puffs based on this month’s cookbook, “Smitten Kitchen Keepers” by Deb Perelman.
