BRICK TOWNSHIP — The Brick Township Council approved four bond ordinances that will help fund projects such as a vestibule and covered patios at the new Senior Services Center, a T-dock at Windward Beach Park and the structural evaluation of the Ocean Beach III concession building at the Tuesday, May 23 council meeting.
The four bond ordinances have different durations of time, which are five, seven, 10 and 15 years.
The five year bond ordinance appropriates $2,492,143 with a down payment of $124,607 and $2,367,536 bonds and notes authorized.
The seven year ordinance had a down payment of $23,695 and $450,305 in bonds and notes authorized and $473,900 in total appropriations.
The approved 10 year bond ordinance has total appropriations of $4,770,957 with a down payment of $238,548 and $4,532,409 in bonds and notes authorized.
The final approved ordinance has $724,850 in bonds and notes authorized, a $38,150 down payment and $763,000 in total appropriations.
