Joyce Rizzitello, 77, of Wall, Passed away peacefully on Thursday May 11, 2023, at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune, with her loving family by her side. Joyce was born in Newark, NJ and raised in Belmar, NJ. She was a graduate of Belmar Elementary School and a 1963 graduate of Manasquan High School
