MANASQUAN — The annual Spring Fling Arts and Crafts fair was held on Saturday, April 22 at the Main Street plaza in Manasquan.
This event, sponsored by the Manasquan Chamber of Commerce, is a fundraising effort to help organize future events in the area.
Events like the Spring Fling Arts and Craft Fair helps the Chamber fund Christmas events, Ladies Nights Out Meet Me on Main, an event which closes off Main Street to allow for vendors and fun activities, said Pam Patullo, organizer of the fair and owner of Yellow Daisy craft and clothing boutique.
The event highlights craft vendors. Many of the vendors present have been coming for years, said Ms. Patullo, and have built a following of loyal customers who come to support them and their product. There are many new vendors who came out as well, said Ms. Patullo.
