The First Presbyterian Church of Belmar presented the vocal recital of Sarah Miles White with Timothy Broege on piano on Sunday, April 23 to a well-attended audience that afternoon.
The concert featured several songs with religious undertones. Ms. White’s final song, “Same God” by Hanna Kerr, received a standing ovation.
Another concert will be held at the church featuring the John Gronert-Doug Clarke Jazz Quartet with Sarah White as a guest vocalist on Sunday, June 4 at 3 p.m.
