Elsa Tuzeneu (Ouida) passed away peacefully in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina on March 11th, 2023 at the age of 84. Elsa was born in Neptune, New Jersey on April 25,1938.
Elsa was a longtime resident of Point Pleasant Beach, and moved to Brick Township, NJ in 2013. In 2021 she moved to North Myrtle
