Betty (Betsy) Gahr, 87, widow of Richard Gahr, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2023 at her home in Lakewood.
Born August 23, 1935, in Elizabeth, Mrs. Gahr was the daughter of the late Kenneth and Dorothy Apgar. She completed her education at Glassboro College where she met her husband, Richard. Afterwards, Richard and Betsy eventually
