Bregida Mercedes Dacanay Tillman, 97 died peacefully at home on Friday, December 30th 2022, surrounded by family. She was born June 11, 1925 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to Pablo G. Dacanay and Catherine Page Dacanay. At an early age Bregida’s family moved to the Jersey Shore where she attended Belmar Elementary and Asbury Park
