SPRING LAKE HEIGHTS — The Spring Lake Heights council withdrew several ordinances that were scheduled for approval Monday, due to verbiage that needs to be fixed within the ordinances.
According to Borough Attorney Dennis Collins, the ordinances may be reintroduced in different forms in the future.
Mayor Christopher Campion said, “This is coming from some discrepancies that were found in some of the ordinances and some of the verbiage that needs to be fixed would lead to re-introduction.”
The ordinances that were withdrawn all regarded zoning regulations and consisted of ordinances numbers 2022-06 to 2022-15.
