Richard J. Connors III, 94, Neptune City, passed away on June 8, at Manor by the Sea in Ocean Grove. Born in Newark, he was raised in South Orange. A longtime resident of Avon By The Sea, he also lived in Shark River Hills before moving to Neptune City.
