SEA GIRT — The Sea Girt Recreation Commission Wednesday presented two possible locations for a second paddleball court: the parking lot of Crescent Park and the parking lot of Bell Place.
During the public portion of the borough council meeting, more than 20 residents spoke against a second paddleball court being placed in Crescent Park. They cited environmental concerns and protection of the maritime forest as the reasons for their opposition.
The two options for placement of a second court were presented by the Sea Girt Recreation Commission in a letter read by Councilman Bryan Perry.
