Spring Lake school district adopts revised capital improvement plan


SPRING LAKE — The Spring Lake Board of Education approved an updated $1.7 million five-year capital improvement plan Monday night.

The plan is an outline of improvements needed to be completed at H.W. Mountz that will serve as a prerequisite to a formal Long Range Facility Plan.

“We’ve adopted a pay as you go approach and we plan to support this plan utilizing reserves, which we’re in the process of building,” Board President James Worth said.
