BAY HEAD — The borough kicked off the holiday season with a weekend’s worth of Christmas spirit, shopping and a visit from some special North Pole visitors.

With luminaries aglow and holiday decor adorning homes and businesses, hundreds of families, town officials and residents came together to enjoy the festivities during the 37th annual Christmas Walk Weekend Dec. 7 and 8.

“There is nothing like Christmas in Bay Head,” Ann Castagnola said.

“It is always very special and it is nice to see people come out from the community. It looks and feels like something out of a Hallmark movie.”
