Whether you’re Irish or not, St. Patrick’s Day is a time to gather, go green and maybe even find a leprechaun’s pot of gold at the end of the rainbow. These local area bars will have everyone feeling Irish with various food and drink specials from green beer to corned beef and cabbage.

Take part in the 13th Annual McDonagh’s Pub St. Patrick’s Day Party all day and night. The pub will be serving up Guinness and corned beef.
Traditional Irish music and bagpipers will be entertaining on the patio and in the big tent in the parking lot. DJ Sway J will be on the patio at 11 a.m. and John Rafferty will be in the big tent at the same time. Steve Reilly will take over in the big tent at 2 p.m.Guests can enjoy giveaways all day as well.

Get your Irish on at Bar A’s St. Patrick’s Day Party featuring DJ Mike Nice, The Event Horizon and $3 Miller Lites. Free admission until 9 p.m.
St. Patrick’s Day at the Miracle Pub means an all-you-can-eat Famous Irish Buffet, $16.99 for adults and $9.99 for kids under 10.
There will also be live appearances of bagpipers all day long.
Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at The Cabin with bagpipers playing throughout the day and Moondoggie at 9:30 p.m. Go hungry and feast on all-you-can-eat corned beef and cabbage.
River Rock is wishing guests a Happy St. Patrick’s Day full of Irish specialties. The celebration kicks off early on Friday, March 16, with bagpipers, bands and giveaways.
Larry Alter Duo will be on stage from 4 to 7 p.m. The Amused and DJ Q will take over at 9:30 p.m.
The celebration continues strong on Saturday. Enjoy bagpipers, 94.3 The Point’s Ireland Contest, bands and giveaways. Food and drink specials will be offered all day and the bar is celebrating all things Irish all weekend long.
JOE’S SURF SHACK
Head to Joe’s Surf Shack, formerly PK Shamrock’s, at 9 p.m. on Saturday for a night of Irish celebrations and rock ‘n’ roll.
Guests can enjoy no cover, drink specials and, of course, St. Paddy’s Day specials. Todd Robbins Band will hit the stage at 10 p.m.
It’s a weekend of celebration at Captain’s Inn with the Tiki Bar opening on Friday, March 16, and Fritz Electric playing from 6 to 10 p.m. The fun continues on St. Patrick’s Day with the Tiki Bar open once again and Katfish Lucy taking the stage from 5 to 9 p.m.
