SPRING LAKE — The Spring Lake School District presented an update on the three-year strategic plan for H.W. Mountz Elementary School at the Monday night school board meeting.
According to Superintendent Raymond Boccuti, 69.7 percent of the plan’s 33 action items have been completed or are in progress of being completed.
“That’s an excellent place to be considering we started in January last year,” said Mr. Boccuti at the school board meeting. “I think we’re showing that we are moving forward, this is not a dusty document on the shelf, it is a plan that we are working diligently on.
Mr. Boccuti said that out of the plan’s 33 action items, 10 have been completed, 13 are in progress and 10 have yet to be started.
The board of education will discuss any questions or recommendations it has for the strategic plan update at the school board meeting on Monday, Dec. 18. To view the full plan, along with its progress, visit https://www.hwmountz.k12.nj.us/.
