BRADLEY BEACH — Bradley Beach resident Andre D. Thorne, 20, was the victim of a fatal shooting on Monday in Neptune Township.

Neptune police officers responded to the 1300 block of Seventh Avenue, between Ridge Avenue and Route 35, at 8:18 p.m. on Feb. 8 after receiving a report of a gunshot victim outside a home, according to Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Public Information Officer Charles Webster.
