Comment: If they are going to argue then there are a few points that could possibly be brought up here. How many professional opinions did the town get before knocking down the buildings? Did they knock down the buildings and declare them unsafe to get out of the lease? Also, one might say that the structure where the snack bar and restaurant is in fact NOT oceanfront. There was another building that was oceanfront and the restaurant was behind it. What makes a building “oceanfront”?
