Comment: PBL, there is a difference between a generic meeting and a "meeting" as defined under the applicable laws and rules. Had this been a clear breach, Mr Cafferty would have pointed to the definition and avoided the qualifying phrases. It is certainly your prerogative to view this in the most negative light.
